Hi .I started a discussion and was told by support that the Important notice was going to be removed as soon as they fixed it. My question is how are we going to install it seeing the icon System update is not showing on my screen anymore. Please note that Autel USA said it would be in the Update section of my expired sub. If I do that ir will erase all my programs and I dont want to do that. Please support can you tell me why the System update icon is gone or is it somewhere in the new ES File Explorer. Support please advise. Thanks Austin

   Thanks for the reply support but when I select update the Important message appears and warns not to use if you subscrition is expired and mine is expired. Please advise  how this will work and not optimize my tablet or erase all my programs like it says it will. Thanks support
